Pinnacle Polymers™ 2180H

Pinnacle Polymers™ 2180H by Pinnacle Polymers is an antistatic, nucleated polypropylene (PP) impact copolymer grade. This grade is produced via UNIPOL™ PP technology, which utilizes gas-phase fluidized bed reactors with a high activity catalyst system. Offers excellent lot-to-lot consistency, controlled rheology, uniform physical properties, excellent processability, high stiffness and excellent mold release. High melt flow dramatically improves cycle- times without forfeiting impact. Exhibits excellent impact at 23°C and -30°C. Pinnacle Polymers™ 2180H is suitable for processing by injection molding. Applications include packaging, housewares and consumer products. Complies with UL 94 HB flame rating, 21 CFR 177.1520(c), items 3.1(a) and 3.2(a), 21 CFR 176.170, Tables 1 and 2, DMF, RoHS, WEEE-EU Directive 2002/95/EC, European Legislation 1935/2004, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and DSL.
