Arylmax® K7500WC30

Arylmax® K7500WC30 by Polymics is a polyaryletherketone (PAEK) grade. Exhibits excellent chemical resistance. Forms alloy with most commercial high temperature plastics and exhibits wear resistance. Shows electrophilic displacement reaction at low temperatures. Offers excellent performance in aggressive environments (high temperature and high pressure). It can be processed using compression molding. Suitable for high-performance applications in high-temperature environments such as down-hole components and valve seats. Possible industrial applications include pumps, actuators, seals, thrust washers, wear pads, load-bearing parts, insulation applications, welding fixtures, pistons, valves and plugs. Arylmax® K7500WC30 can also be used for transportation applications including braking systems, fuel systems, water pumps, intake manifolds, switches & connectors and sensors & sensor housings in aerospace, automotive and bullet trains.
