DURACON® POM EX-09 WK2001

DURACON® POM EX-09 WK2001 by Polyplastics is a high viscosity polyacetal, polyoxymethylene (POM) standard grade. Exhibits balanced mechanical properties, good moldability, excellent creep resistance, good fatigue resistance, good chemical resistance, and good dimensional stability. Offers good processing properties by crystallization control, and excellent resistance to discoloration by fluorescent light exposure. Is suitable for processing by solid phase (rod & slab) extrusion molding. DURACON® POM EX-09 WK2001 by Polyplastics is suitable for food contact and drinking water system component applications. Recommended for the manufacturing of thick-wall products or prototypes with more flexibility. It complies with the Japan Food Sanitation Act Notification 370, Japan Hygienic Olefin and Styrene Plastics Association (JHOSPA), US FDA Regulation 21 CFR 177.2470, EU Commission Regulation No. 10/2011, NSF 61 (US), KTW (Germany), W270 (Germany), WRAS (UK), and ACS (France).
