Prime Impax 450 by Primex Plastics (ICC IndustriesGroup) is an amorphous, high impact polystyrene (HIPS) grade. Exhibits high tensile strength, high flexural modulus and average heat distortion temperature. Offers good toughness, stiffness and high impact strength at low temperature. Designed for processing by extrusion and thermoforming. It is used in signs, credit cards, medical packaging, building products, displays, furniture, computer products and applications with a GP styrene caps, wall surrounds, bathtubs and cabinet drawer silverware holders. Prime Impax 450 complies with FDA and UL-94 (HB) flame rating.
