PEI 1110-WHT

PEI 1110-WHT is a high performance, colorable, pigmented polyetherimide grade. It is inherently flame resistant with low smoke emission. Exhibits a superior combination of mechanical, electrical, and thermal properties. Also exhibits durability, high strength and rigidity at elevated temperatures, long term heat resistance and dimensional stability. Provides outstanding processability and chemical (hydrocarbons, alcohols and halogenated solvents) resistance. PEI 1110-WHT is sterilizable by steam, X-ray and ethylene oxide. Creep resistance over the long term allows PEI to replace metal and other materials in many structural applications. Applications include head lamp reflectors, electrical components, oil & chemical service and medical instruments.
