ACRYLITE® L40 polymer

ACRYLITE® L40 polymer by Roehm is an amorphous thermoplastic compound based on polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). It exhibits excellent weather resistance, high light transmission, high mechanical strength, high surface hardness and mar resistance. It shows good melt flow rate and versatile colorability due to crystal clarity. It possesses low heat resistance, highest melt flow rate, UV light transmitting and medium levels of lubricant. ACRYLITE® L40 polymer is used for injection molding thin-wall medical devices.
