PermaStat® 302 FR

Technical Datasheet | Supplied by RTP Company
PermaStat® 302 FR by RTP Company is an all polymeric, permanently anti-static, flame retardant polycarbonate (PC) grade reinforced with 15% glass fiber. It offers electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection. It provides colorability, dimensional stability, transparency, good processability and toughness even at low temperature. It shows high heat distortion temperature, low temperature impact resistance, low fatigue endurance, poor chemical resistance and weatherability. It exhibits increased ignition resistance, reduced smoke & fume generation, speed of flame spread and heat release. It can be processed using injection molding. PermaStat® 302 FR is recommended for automotive, healthcare, electrical & electronics, and industrial applications. It is used in instrument housings, fittings and components for fuel dispensers, conveyor rollers & guides, inhalation devices, ECG sensors & other bioelectrical components, pipette tips, sterilization cases, control housings for pumps, motors, and test equipment, HVAC drain pans, bezels, wire & cable coatings, tape storage products, strain reliefs, fuel system connectors, filler necks, fuel valves & filters, bexels for electronics and electro-static painting. It complies with the RoHS regulation.
