FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD915 (Europe)

FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD915 (Europe) by SABIC is an UV stabilized, halogen free flame retarded polyphenylene ether (PPE) and thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) blend. It is a non-chlorinated and non-brominated, heat stabilized, impact modified grade. It exhibits superior thermal stability, very low water absorption, good electrical properties and low specific gravity. It offers flexibility, ductility, mold release and hydrolytic stability. Provides low creep sensitivity and good processability. It is used in electrical components, electronics & infrastructure, thin-walled, wire and cable applications such as cable insulation materials. FLEX NORYL™ Resin WCD915 (Europe) is suitable for processing by wire extrusion coating. It meets UL 1581 VW-1 requirement and 90°C or 105°C end-use temperature rating as defined by UL 62 TPE category.
