Offers high stiffness, good mold release, electrical conductivity, low LPC, low ionics, and low outgassing. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. LNP™ STAT-KON™ Compound DX09315C is used in light-weight structural semiconductors, electronic material handling, and industrial applications.
