NORYL™ Resin PCN2910

NORYL™ Resin PCN2910 by SABIC is a 35% glass fiber/mica filled blend of polyphenylene ether (PPE) + high impact polystyrene (HIPS). This high modulus & injection moldable grade contains non-brominated, non-chlorinated & non-halogenated flame retardant and carries a UL94 flame rating of 5VB at 2.3 mm, V-0 at 3 mm, and V-1 at 1.5 mm. NORYL™ Resin PCN2910 exhibits good dimensional stability, low specific gravity, and low warpage. It offers hydrolytic stability, low creep sensitivity, mold release properties and good stiffness. It is an excellent candidate for printer chassis applications where tight tolerance molding is required.
