NORYL™ Resin RN0401

NORYL™ Resin RN0401 by SABIC is a non-brominated, non-chlorinated and halogen-free, flame retardant polyphenylene ether blend (PPE). Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Allows 14% to 19% lower energy consumption and 10% to 12% lower greenhouse gas emissions. Contains 20% post-consumer recycle (PCR) content. Possesses high heat and flame resistance, low water absorption, low specific gravity, balanced thermal and impact properties and good processability. Offers excellent dimensional stability, low mold shrinkage and excellent hydrolytic stability. Used in variety of electronic housings, modems and power adaptors. NORYL™ Resin RN0401 complies with RoHS Directive (2002/95/EC), the Joint Industry Guide (JIG), the IEC ‘halogen-free’ standard (IEC 61249-2-21) and REACH.
