SABIC® PP 511A

SABIC® PP 511A is a polypropylene (PP) homo-polymer. Is a controlled rheology grade and possesses very narrow molecular distribution and optimized additive package. Offers a balance between high production speed and uniform fiber thickness, resulting in reduced fiber breakage, less spinning defects, suction filter deposits, softness, tensile properties and excellent fabric appearance. Provides good thread line stability, color consistency and gas fading resistance. Processed by fiber extrusion and suitable for high speed production of fine filament spun bond fabrics, hygiene products and technical applications such as automotive liners and anti-damping for roofing. Compliant with U.S. Food and Drug Administration and European Commission regulations for food contact.
