SABIC® PVC 703E

SABIC® PVC 703E by SABIC is emulsion polyvinyl chloride (EPVC) homopolymer grade with fine particles and medium molecular weight. It is made by emulsion polymerization. It offers low gelation temperature, long shelf life, low viscosity ageing, little tendency to sediment and shows good thermal stability. It is designed for making palstisols of high yield points and high viscosity without adding thickening agents which is an ideal for chemical foams of very good quality with very regular closed cell structure, over a large range of oven temperatures. SABIC® PVC 703E applications include direct or transfer coating onto wide mesh or net-type fabrics made from natural or synthetic fibers, chemical foams with very high thickness, low density and very fine closed cell structure, compact or foamed artificial leather of very high softness and foam-wall covering.
