ULTEM™ resin 2400 (Europe)

ULTEM™ resin 2400 (Europe) by SABIC is an amorphous, general purpose, flame retardant, 40% glass fiber reinforced polyetherimide (PEI) resin. Exhibits standard flow as well as high heat & chemical resistance. Provides high stiffness, hydrolytic stability, low smoke & toxicity, low creep sensitivity, low shrinkage, good metal adhesion, high strength. It offers good dimensional stability and good mechanicals in broad temperature range. It is designed for rigid packaging, aircraft interiors, defense, outdoor, lawn & landscape, semiconductors, heavy truck, automotive interiors, electrical devices & displays, building & construction, specialty vehicles, rail and wind energy. It is also used in sport/leisure, personal accessory, textile, bus, energy storage, home appliances, servomotor, electronic material handling, electrical components & infrastructure, personal recreation, composite, automotive under the hood, electronic material, commercial appliance, recreational vehicle, mass transportation, industrial, automotive, electronics, consumer, hydrocarbon and energy. ULTEM™ resin 2400 (Europe) is suitable for processing by injection molding. It complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating and ECO regulations. It has WRAS certification in recognized colors.
