XENOY™ Resin HTX

XENOY™ Resin HTX by SABIC is a high-heat polyester-based resin to support vehicle light-weighting and electrification trends. It can withstand high temperatures including e-coating lines operating above 180°C. It provides low-temperature ductility, impact resistance, very high elongation and enhanced flowability. It is processed using injection molding. XENOY™ Resin HTX is suitable for body-in-white components, battery protection systems for electric vehicles (EVs) and high-performing structural automotive applications. It is available as unfilled XENOY™ 950 grade and glass fiber reinforced grades such as XENOY™ HTX 975 and XENOY™ 575.
