SCGC™ HDPE H2001WC

SCGC™ HDPE H2001WC by SCG Chemicals is a black, recyclable high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade designed using bimodal technology. Contains well-dispersed carbon black of nominal particle size less than 20 nanometer. Exhibits excellent weathering resistance, high mechanical properties, excellent environmental stress cracking resistance (ESCR) and excellent UV resistance. SCGC™ HDPE H2001WC is insoluble in water and suitable for processing by high speed extrusion. Recommended for jacketing of power cables and fiber optical cables. Complies with ASTM D 1248 Type III Class C Category 5 Grade J5 E9 W8, ISO 1872-PE KCHL 50-D001, BS 6234 Type H03C TS2, IEC 60502, IEC 60840, IEC 60708 and IEC 60794.
