SECCO S2040

SECCO S2040 by Shanghai SECCO Petrochemical Company is light milky polypropylene homopolymer grade with narrow molecular weight distribution. It has low ash content and high isotacticity. It shows high flowability, outstanding spinnability, high softness and high tension. It is a non-toxic grade, exhibiting stable thermal processing performance, almost no absorbability of water, good flow, dielectric strength, mold shrinkage, chemical stability, stress cracking- and chemical resistance. It can be corroded on contacting with fuming sulfuric acid, fuming nitric acid, chromic acid solution, halogen, benzene, carbon tetrachloride and chloroform. SECCO S2040 is recommended for high-speed spinning, fine-denier and spun, non-woven fabrics and thermal bonding non-woven fabrics. Complies with FDA 21CFR 177.1520(c) 1.1(a) and RoHS.
