Sipchem EVA 2518

Sipchem EVA 2518 by Sipchem is a soft, crosslinkable, transparent and flexible ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer grade produced using an Exxon-Mobil high-pressure tubular process with 18.2% of vinyl acetate. Exhibits high elasticity, good permeability, high density, low melting temperature, excellent processability & mechanical properties and high tear resistance. Shows high polarity, good environmental stress-cracking resistance (ESCR), good gloss, low temperature toughness and low self-ignition temperature (SIT). Can be processed using injection moulding and profile extrusion. Sipchem EVA 2518 is recommended for foams, shoe soles and compounds. Complies with CLP Regulation 1272/2008/EC, REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006 and GHS.
