Amodel® A-4145 HH

Amodel® A-4145 HH by Syensqo is a lubricated, heat stabilized, laser weldable polyphthalamide (PPA) grade reinforced with 45% glass fiber. Possesses good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, good stiffness and high strength. Exhibits chemical-, heat and creep resistance. Offers fast molding cycle, hot water moldability and mold release. Provides outstanding property retention to thermal oxidative degradation at temperatures of 230°C. Suitable for processing by water-heated injection molding. Applications include automotive under the hood and metal replacement. Suitable for air induction applications within downsized automotive engines such as air induction charge air cooling and exhaust gas recirculation. Amodel® A-4145 HH complies with UL 94 HB flame rating. The grade is available in Black: A-4145 HH BK 324 form.
