Amodel® A-4160 HSL

Amodel® A-4160 HSL by Syensqo is a 60% glass fiber reinforced, heat stabilized polyphthalamide (PPA) grade containing a lubricant. Exhibits good mold release, good toughness, dimensional stability, excellent stiffness, high strength, fast molding cycle, hot water moldability, resistance to chemicals, heat- and creep.
  • It offers low coefficient of linear thermal expansion (CLTE), high modulus at elevated temperatures, high heat deflection temperature, rapid crystallization and allows shorter cycles for enhanced molding productivity.
  • Suitable for processing by water-heated injection molding.
  • Used in connectors, housing, electric, electronic, industrial, machine/mechanical parts, metal replacement, cell phones, transmission systems, camera, automotive industries like electronics and under the hood applications.
  • Amodel® A-4160 HSL complies with RoHS and Automotive specifications.
  • This grade is available in Black: A-4160 HSL BK 324 form.
