Amodel® AS-4145 HS

Amodel® AS-4145 HS by Syensqo is a general purpose, lubricated, heat stabilized, polyphthalamide (PPA) grade reinforced with 45% glass fiber. Exhibits good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption, good stiffness, high strength, resistance to chemicals, heat- and creep. Offers fast molding cycle, hot water moldability and mold release. Suitable for processing by water-heated injection molding. Typical applications include electronic, electric connectors, sockets, switches, automotive under the hood, industrial parts, machine/mechanical parts, metal replacement, valve parts, thin-walled parts, lawn and garden equipments. Used in under-hood enclosures that protect critical control systems such as anti-lock brakes, traction control, steering, electronic engine control, transmission and chassis control units. Amodel® AS-4145 HS complies with RoHS, Automotive specifications and UL-94 flame rating. The grade is available in Black: AS-4145 HS BK 324 form.
