AvaSpire® AV-755 SL45

AvaSpire® AV-755 SL45 is a black colored, flame retardant, polyaryletherketone (PAEK) grade reinforced with carbon fiber and graphite lubricant. Exhibits better chemical resistance than PEEK grades, mechanical strength, good dimensional stability, high heat resistance, good friction properties, good wear resistance and long term thermal oxidative stability at high temperature. Provides high pressure-velocity (PV) tolerance, high melt flow, low viscosity, low moisture absorption and high stiffness. It can be processed by injection molding, profile extrusion and machining. Recommended for automotive applications and is used in rollers, bushings, bearings, wear rings, wear strips, seals, thrust washer and parts used in sliding friction components. Complies with RoHS.
