Polymist® F5A by Solvay is a white polytetrafluoroetylene (PTFE) micronized powder, which contains an additive. Exhibits increased (hot) tear strength, slip, surface lubricity, improved wear-, chemical-, scratch-, rub-, tear- and increased temperature resistance. Offers gloss retention, reduced blocking, low coefficient of friction, non-stick properties and better flex life. Polymist® F5A is used in plastics, critical engineering and high end performance elastomers and coating applications.
