Xydar® G-930

Xydar® G-930 is an aromatic, flame retardant liquid crystal polymer (LCP) by Solvay, reinforced with 30% glass fiber. It is produced through surface mount technology and exhibits exceptional moldability, excellent flow, low warpage and exceptional weld line strength. It can fill very thin walls over long flow lengths with little or no flash, even at mold temperatures below 93°C. Shows high strength and stiffness even at elevated temperatures, low coefficient of thermal expansion, high deflection temperature and outstanding resistance to most chemicals, weathering and gamma radiation. It is compatible to surface mounting and contains no additives. Xydar® G-930 is suitable for processing by injection molding. It is used in automotive, smartphones, electrical bobbins, electronics, industrial parts, coatings, composites, additives, electrical motor components, high-intensity LEDs and SMT components. Complies with food contact, RoHS, WEEE, UL 94 V-0 flame rating, ASTM D5138 LCP0110 G30 B00000 and DELPHI M-5282 M5282 Color: BK Black.
