FDM Nylon 12CF™

FDM Nylon 12CF™ by Stratasys is a polyamide 12 (PA 12, Nylon 12) grade reinforced with 35% chopped carbon fiber. It is available on the Fortus 450mc™ 3D production system and is compatible with SR-110™ support material. Exhibits highest flexural strength, high strength-to-weight ratio, high tensile strength, highest specific modulus and good anisotropic properties. It is designed for processing by fused deposition modeling (FDM) 3D-printing technology. Can be used to produce prototype, end-use parts and strong, lightweight tooling at a layer thickness of 0.254 mm. FDM Nylon 12CF™ is recommended for UAV components and tooling in aerospace, transportation, automotive bumpers, fixtures and brackets, consumer performance sporting goods, general manufacturing tooling, fixtures and other manufacturing aids.
