Synthos EPS® D933B by Synthos Group is a strong, light-weight, moldable and free flowing expandable polystyrene grade containing pentane as the expansion agent. Exhibits no odor, good thermal insulation properties, good stiffness & excellent barrier properties. It is insoluble in water and soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents & ketones. Can be processed using foaming and high-speed injection molding. It is recommended for food contact applications, leak-proof containers, vending cups and drinking cups. Synthos EPS® D933B complies with RoHS, WEEE, EC Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), 1272/2008 (CLP) and (EU) No 453/2010.
