Synthos EPS® RF33W

Synthos EPS® RF33W by Synthos Group is a free flowing, flame retardant, expandable polystyrene (EPS) grade containing reduced pentane content as the expansion agent. Exhibits medium to high density, short cycle time, good processability, good surface finish and offers more controllable pre-expansion and shorter silo maturing times and is adapted to batch expanders. It is insoluble in water and soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated solvents & ketones. Synthos EPS® RF33W can be processed using foaming. EPS RF33W is recommended for shape & block molding, high quality blocks for making insulation & construction products and contour moldings with a wall thickness >10mm like molded building elements. Complies with RoHS, WEEE, EC Regulation (EC) 1907/2006 (REACH), 1272/2008 (CLP), (EU) No 453/2010 and DIN4102, Part 1, B1.
