TOPAS® 8007F-04 by TOPAS Advanced Polymers enhances packaging and medical film performance. This glass-clear, amorphous ethylene-cyclic olefin copolymer (COC) food grade resin delivers performance and properties including barrier (moisture, nitrogen), thermoformability, easy and linear tear, stiffness, and more. This high purity plastic enables the development of higher value films on standard PE cast or blown film lines. Can be coextruded with PE without tie layers. TOPAS® 8007F-04 complies with FDA directive 21 CFR 177.1520 for direct food contact. Complies with ISO 10993 and US Pharmacopoeia XXIII-Class VI for healthcare. Available worldwide.
