945E is a super high impact polystyrene (PS) grade. Designed for applications requiring extra toughness without sacrificing mechanical properties, excellent falling dart impact which combined with the high gloss make it candidate for some ABS applications. This polymer is superior for coextrusion of high gloss sheet and has unique capabilities for deep draw thermoforming with good sidewall distribution. Applications include custom sheet extrusion, compounds and masterbatches, technical parts, disposable, profiles, data and power, food and beverage packaging, furniture, outdoor articles and housewares. Is a FDA 21 CFR § 177.1640, UL94HB E55470 and USP Class VI compliant grade.
