HDPE 49080 UV is a UV (ultraviolet) resistant, antioxidant containing, water-insoluble, odorless semi high molecular weight (SHMW) high density polyethylene (HDPE) grade. It exhibits high impact resistance and excellent environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR). Incompatible with strong acids, strong bases, strong oxidizing agents and halogens. It can be processed using blow molding. Applications include intermediate bulk containers (IBC) and heating oil tanks (HOT). Listed on TSCA, ENCS, AICS, KECI, PICCS, IECSC, DSL and NZIoC.
