EVATHENE® UE630

EVATHENE® UE630 is a water insoluble, ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) copolymer with 18% VA content. Exhibits excellent flexibility, elasticity, transparency, non-toxicity, good resistance to environmental stress cracking and low temperature flexibility. EVATHENE UE630 by USI is developed for compression molding(foam), blow molding, injection molding, profile and sheet extrusion. Recommended for developing new applications and substituting for flexible PVC, rubbers and other elastomers. Applications include incorporation of foaming agents, crosslinking agents and inorganic fillers with EVATHENE UE630 for injection and compression molding of foamed mid-sole material for shoes. It is extruded to sheet such as casting and co-extrusion for special packaging of hospital and medical materials, food packaging and other packaging.
