VICTREX® PEEK 150CA30 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, 30% carbon fiber filled, high performance polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade. Exhibits easy flow, excellent wear resistance, low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Provides excellent strength, excellent stiffness and excellent dimensional stability in high temperature & harsh environments. It is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum & titanium. Offers good chemical resistance, insolubility in solvents like acids, salts & oil, low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. It is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for complex geometries with thinner cross sections or longer flow length where higher strength in a static or dynamic system is required. VICTREX® PEEK 150CA30 complies with FDA.
