VICTREX® PEEK 150FW30 by Victrex is a semi-crystalline, high performance polyetheretherketone (PEEK) grade reinforced with 30% carbon fiber and PTFE. Exhibits easy flow, excellent wear resistance, low coefficient of friction and low coefficient of thermal expansion. Possesses excellent strength, stiffness and low outgassing, low particle generation and inherent purity for reduced contamination. Shows excellent dimensional stability in high temperature & harsh environments, good chemical resistance, insolubility in solvents like acids, salts & oil. Is easy to process and lightweight compared to steel, aluminum & titanium. Is suitable for processing by injection molding. Recommended for tribological applications with thin cross sections or long flow lengths for high strength. VICTREX® PEEK 150FW30 complies with FDA.
