N 2560 by Videolar is a high molecular weight, general purpose polystyrene (HIPS) grade available in the form of pellets and is obtained from the styrene monomer. Exhibits good balance of thermo-mechanical properties. Can be processed by sheet extrusion, injection molding and in-line thermoforming. Recommended for disposables, internal parts refrigeration and mixtures with HISP. Complies with the requirements of ANVISA 105/99 (Brazil) & GMC (Mercosur), U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1640 and EU 10/2011 (European Union) regulations for use in contact with food. N 2560 fulfills the requirements of UL 94 under File Number E220962.
