RT 441M by Videolar is a milky white colored, medium gloss, odorless, water insoluble, high impact polystyrene (HIPS) grade available in the form of pellets. It is obtained from the styrene monomer, added to 5% up to 15% of polybutadiene. Exhibits stretching capacity, good rigidity and processability. Is suitable for processing by gas-assisted injection molding. Recommended for electronics, refrigeration and technical items. Complies with the requirements of ANVISA 105/99 (Brazil) & GMC (Mercosur), U.S. FDA 21 CFR 177.1640 and EU 10/2011 (European Union) regulations for use in contact with food. RT 441M fulfills the requirements of UL 94 under File Number E220962.
