EcoLon® 2000-BK1

EcoLon® 2000-BK1 is a polyamide 66 grade reinforced with 38% glass fiber and mineral fiber. It is suitable for injection molding application. It is composed of 100% post-consumer recycled materials and provides eco-friendly and cost effective products. Possesses dimensional stability, reduce warpage, good mechanical properties like high modulus, high strength, high HDT, excellent chemical and heat resistance. Addition of mineral to glass filled nylon reduces differential shrinkage because the mineral disrupts the orientation of the glass fiber resulting in more uniform shrinkage. Used in automotive applications like Electric cooling fan shrouds.
