Ecoplant HRS

PLA (polylactide) derived from plants. Is flexible, biodegradable, compostable and phthalates-free. Pure PLA is too fragile and cannot resist higher temperatures (>55°C, deformation occurs). To overcome these disadvantages, Wingram has developed modified PLA, which features high toughness and heat resistance. Offers faster crystallization, heat resistance up to 120°C, is microwavable and has very high surface gloss (as good as ceramics), making it a very good alternative to melamine. It complies with FDA, REACH, and RoHS.
