MAGNA PURGE® PP 105 GLASS

MAGNA PURGE® PP 105 GLASS by World Class Technologies is a ready to use purging compound. It is a pre-mixed components consisting of various combinations of a PP modified carrier, chemical compound and other mechanical components. Contains 85% modified PP + 5% chemical compound + 10% PP + 30% glass fiber and FDA complaint components. Exhibits product that are heat stable, non-toxic, non-hazardous and safe to use with heat ranges from 360°F to 610°F. MAGNA PURGE®PP 105 GLASS is recommended for all processes including hot runners, but utilizing glass for an additional mechanical action required for more difficult cleaning of products containing fillers and heavy colorant use.
