ZELLAMID® 1000 GF30

ZELLAMID® 1000 GF30 by Zell-Metall Engineering Plastics is a grey colored, low-inflammable, highly stable polyether imide (PEI) grade reinforced with 30% glass fiber. Exhibits good resistance to many chemicals & hydrolysis, extremely favourable weight/strength ratio, good electrical insulation values, high tensile strength & hardness with good dimensional stability and creep strength. ZELLAMID® 1000 GF30 is can be used at long term temperatures of up to 170°C and shows less smoke build-up. Is recommended for highly loaded applications, medicine technology, electronics and semi-conductor areas, automobile and aircraft industries. Also suitable for repeated autoclave cycles, required in medical applications for frequent sterilization. Complies with UL 94 V-0 flame rating.
