Softflex® 7088

Softflex® 7088 by LyondellBasell is an anisotropic, thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) alloy based on styrenic-ethylene/butylene block-copolymer. It exhibits good chemical resistance & colorability, and good adhesion to substrates such as ABS, ASA, alloys, PC & polyolefins. This grade is processed by injection molding and overmolding. Applications include electrical and electronics (handheld scanners, cash register trays, audio speakers, security tags, meteorology instruments, home satellite dishes, space heaters, smartphone and tablet cases and LED lighting). Softflex® 7088 is used in hardware, medical & healthcare, housewares (power tools, brushes), lawn & garden equipment and sporting goods.
