SOFT EST.® 4175 NC is a recyclable, heavy metal-, PVC- & phthalate-free, ergonomic TPE by Actega (Altana). Prevents contamination due to its tight and leakproof seal as well as transfers by odors, flavors and materials. Possesses non-slip, good grip properties. Used in kitchen & food articles, personal care, seals, toys, household and childcare articles. Shows low migration with non-fatty foods and is suitable for dishwasher, boiling water and injection molding of elastic parts. It is easily colorable with masterbatches on polypropylene carrier. It increases the shelf life, improves product perception and design through shape & color, and visual upgrade by decorative elements. SOFT EST.® 4175 NC complies with Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011 and Code of Federal Regulations, Title 21 (CFR 21) “FDA” EN71-3.
