ADX-5001

ADX-5001 by Advanced Composites (Mitsui Chemicals) is impact modified thermoplastic olefin (TPO) elastomer grade, filled with mineral. It is UV stabilized grade, exhibiting high stiffness and low temperature ductility. It is designed for injection molding method. ADX-5001 is possibly used for variety of molded-in-color automotive interior parts and pillar applications. During processing, screw should stop 1 to 2 seconds before mold open. Lower RPM of screw is preferred for mixing and uniform melt temperature.
