ChronoPrene™ 40A

ChronoPrene™ 40A by AdvanSource Biomaterials is a soft, biocompatible thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) grade. It is a bio-durable, radiopaque, phthalate-free, hydrophobic, resilient and robust grade. Exhibits high flexural modulus, tensile strength, elongation, easy molding and high flow. Offers excellent surface smoothness, elasticity, UV stability, high abrasion- and chemical resistance. Designed for processing at low temperatures by conventional extrusion, injection- and blow molding. ChronoPrene™ 40A is used for medical devices, compliant, non-compliant balloons, endoscopic and laparoscopic inflation bag applications. Complies with USP Class VI and ISO 10993-5 regulations.
