Zythane® 4070D

Zythane® 4070D by Alliance Polymers & Services is polyester based TPU. It possesses good oil-, fuel-, & solvent resistance and good hydrolytic stability. This grade exhibits excellent abrasion resistance and toughness. It is processed by injection molding. It is suitable for automotive interior parts, cell phones and cases, footwear applications such as shoe soles, sporting goods like ski and skate boot shells & golf disks. Zythane® 4070D is used in transportation goods like caster wheels, animal ID tags, couplings, gaskets & seals, tool handles, industrial parts, armrests, mining screens and other power tools.
