Elastollan® 1175 A W

Elastollan® 1175 A W by BASF is a plasticized polyether-polyurethane elastomer. It's a halogen-free, recyclable grade with little flame retardance. It has a good elastic rebound and can withstand a wide range of temperatures. It's resistant to abrasion, impact, wear, tear, and kinking, as well as oil and grease. It's also resistant to hydrolysis and microbiological attack. It has good low-temperature flexibility, high tensile strength, elasticity, and damping characteristics. Injection molding and extrusion are used to make it. Industrial and automotive cable wrapping and jacketing, connectors, grommets, plugs and terminations, spiral tubing, ski-boot shells, ear tags, technical moldings, e.g. mining screens, railway pads, seals, are all examples of Elastollan® 1175 A W uses.
