Daplen™ EH104AE is a thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) grade by Borealis, reinforced with 12% filler. Exhibits low density, light weight, balanced stiffness & impact performance, low cost manufacturing and higher mechanical properties. Shows thermal expansion, improved flowability, reduced cycle time, good processability, enhanced sustainability and color harmony. Offers weatherability, paint adhesion, class-A surface and scratch resistance. Daplen™ EH104AE is suitable for processing by injection molding. Used in automotive bumpers, exterior trims and stone protectors.
