Queo™ 1001

Queo™ 1001 by Borealis is an odorless, ethylene based octene-1 plastomer with processing stabilizers. It is produced in a solution polymerization process using a metallocene catalyst. Exhibits high clarity, high flexibility, suraface softness, outstanding toughness, low temperature impact strength, low amount of extractables, high strength, outstanding puncture- and environmental stress cracking resistance. Shows versatile blending with other polyolefins, unrivalled sealing and hot tack properties at low temperature. Designed for processing by blow molding and film extrusion. Queo™ 1001 is recommended for caps & closures, low voltage insulation, automotive boots, bellows, seal layers in lamination and flexible barrier films. Complies with EC Regulation 1907/2006.
