ER-80AV by Coating P Materials is a polyether type thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) grade. Offers easy processability, excellent abrasion resistance, good temperature resistance and slice-, tear- & break-stretching resistance. It is light & transparent that is practical and pleasing to the eyes. Exhibits good fluidity, good flexibility at low temperature and hydrolysis- & fungus resistance. ER-80AV is recommended for coiled tube, linear tube, fire hose, reinforced hose, cover on steel wire and wire & cable applications. It is suitable for processing by profile extrusion and general extrusion type tube.
