COOLMAG 32 by Coolmag Thermo Conductive is a durable, low viscosity, thermally conductive, polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS)-based elastomeric compound of encapsulant two component system. It provides flame retardation, thermal shock, high water and chemical resistance. It shows electric isolation, and mechanical-, flame- and fire protection (retardant and extinction). It exhibits heat transfer, reduces hot spots and minimizes average temperature of systems. It has been specially designed for power transformers, semiconductors, automotive and high reliability power electronics, on board chargers (OBC), inverters and DC/DC converters in electric vehicles, inter-cell coating and protection in batteries, gap filler to interface with liquid cooling in battery packs. COOLMAG 32 has a shelf life of 12 months.
