Desmopan® 37385A by Covestro is thermoplastic polyurethanes (TPU) containing polyether carbonate polyol based on carbon dioxide technology. It reduces carbon footprint, conserve fossil resources, and unlike many bio-based materials, does not compete with food production. Suitable for extrusion and injection molding. Desmopan® 37385A is used in soles and upper shoe components, sportswear, handles, knobs and packaging for sensitive electronics.
